We want to inform you that the nationwide Canada Post labour strike is now in effect, which may cause delays across Canada. We're taking proactive steps to minimize the impact on your orders and holiday shopping.
What you need to know:
- In-Transit Shipments: Delays are expected for all shipments currently in the Canada Post network.
- Rural/PO Box Deliveries: Alternative carriers don’t fully cover rural or PO box addresses. Orders with these addresses will be cancelled, and a notice is displayed at checkout.
- Untracked Lettermail: We’ve disabled all Lettermail shipping options. Moving forward, all orders must use tracked shipping methods.
- Future Shipments:
- Stallion Economy Standard is still available for select regions.
- For other regions, Canada Post Expedited remains as an option. However, these packages will ship with alternative carriers, ensuring similar delivery timelines. A reminder about this is provided at checkout.
