We founded NOT A DELI with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

GENERAL POLICIES

Please allow 1-7 business days (excluding weekends + holidays for us to fulfill, package and ship your orders. Orders will be shipped out on a weekly basis each Sunday. During an holiday closures, orders will be pushed to the next shipment date and customers will be notified of this delay.
Please note we do not allow returns or exchanges on our products. All items are final sale. Our products go through a quality check before being sent out. We only replace items if they are defective. If there is an issue with your items please send a photo/video of the damage via email at support@notadeli.com with your order number and we’ll see what we can do! If you have an issue with your order, requests for refunds or replacements must be made within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will only be made to the same form of payment used in original order. Please make sure that your shipping address is correctly entered at checkout. This includes appropriate formatting (ie. abbreviations, apartment/suite numbers and other route information). We do not take responsibility for lost or incorrectly delivered shipments due to misspelled and/or incorrect address input at the time of purchase. If you need to change your shipping address, you must email us at support@notadeli.com with your order number and ‘shipping address change’ in the subject line. Once an order has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we do no accept refunds or cancellations. If you would like to cancel an order that has not been shipped out yet, please contact us at support@notadeli.com within 24hrs of placing your order and we will return the original amount, minus any non-refundable processing fees.

SHIPPING POLICIES

Due to the new EU & UK VAT laws, we HIGHLY recommend orders to be placed via our Etsy storefront (notadeli.etsy.com). Through Etsy, VAT will be collected at checkout for orders under €150 or £135, allowing for a smoother customs process. VAT rates vary by country. Worldwide shipping including the UK and EU will still be available here at notadeli.com for those who choose to do so or are purchasing items not available on Etsy. Please understand that not all items will be available on Etsy due to their listing capabilities. Should you choose to purchase from our own storefront, VAT will not be collected upon checkout and must be paid to your local customs office when receiving your package.
NOT A DELI uses several shipping courriers in order to provide more affordable shipping options when available. Listed below are the courriers we typically use to ship our parcels but is not exclusive. Canada: Canada Post, UniUni, FleetOptics, ICS Courier & UPS USA: USPS, Fedex & UPS International: PostNL, APC Logistics & UPS [NOTICE] Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes unless using a federal shipping service (ie. Canada Post or USPS). Private courriers will not deliver to PO Boxes. If you chose a private courrier shipping service and provide a PO Box address, we will contact you for an alternate address.
These are standard shipping estimates, not guaranteed. For more details about each shipping service, please read the delivery options at checkout. Express shipping estimates vary greatly so please view those specific estimates at checkout. For orders within CAN & USA, we offer an economical untracked option for light packages containing select smaller items such as card sleeves and binder refills.* By choosing this option you acknowledge that your items will be sent untracked and uninsured, and that we cannot locate your package should it be lost or delayed. NOT A DELI will not be refunding or reshipping any lost items purchased with this shipping method. ​ *Weight and size limitations applicable. Only orders eligible for this shipping method will be shown at checkout.
Please be aware that all duty, customs, or VAT charges, including any processing and service fees, are the responsibility of the customer. The customer must pay any respective fees at their expense. These fees are not included in the price of the item nor the shipping fee and must be remitted to your local customs office. For any UK or EU customers, we recommend purchasing from our Etsy storefront  as VAT will be collected at point of sale.  Any requests to falsify customs information will be ignored – we always mark packages at their retail value. No returns will be issued over customs disputes. If your package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, you will have the option of either paying for re-shipment, or refunding your order minus the original shipping charge and processing fees on the transaction.
All shipping options (except untracked shipping methods) are insured.  To be eligible for a loss claim, you must contact us at least: - 21 days from the last scan or tracking update for US and Canadian shipments - 30 days from the last scan or tracking update for US and Canadian shipments For international shipments, multiple courriers are used with their own policies so please contact us ASAP.  Any shipments marked 'Delivered' on our shipping system will not qualify for a loss claim. Unclaimed and/or rejected parcels also do not qualify. Some exceptions may apply.
